The large terrace and more than 1,000 square meters of garden are ideal places for parties. 21 olive trees, more than one is over 100 years old. The owner is good at cooking Asian food.

Perfect to relax. The house is located 20 minutes from the airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" and around 40-45 minutes from the centre of Athens. Although it is in Attica, it gives an island feeling, as the sea is directly in front of you. The rocky beach is unorganised and has very clear waters. However, if you prefer organised beaches, there are plenty of options. Good place if you want to getaway from the big city life. The house is ecologically built and has a big garden!
