Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm)and an open wardrobe.

The place is ideal for friends, sport enthusiasts and couples. Hiking trails and restaurants are very close to the apartment. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Spacious, newly renovated apartment on the last floor of a fin-de-siècle villa. Build in 1907, Villa "Sonnblick" (engl.: sunny view) is one of the most beautiful buildings on Mount Zeno. The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.
