A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

A due passi il Parco di Monte Sole e nelle vicinanze la Rocchetta Mattei e i monti del Corno alle Scale La cucina è completa con stoviglie e tegami, microonde e macchina del caffè, con a vostra disposizione caffè, orzo, camomilla e te, qualche brioches, acqua gasata e naturale e latte.

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Self contained studio flat with own entrance. Double height, single volume space. Ideal for a couple or family with small children, or three single friends. Dining areas in garden and on sun terrace. Basic fee for up to 2 guests. Children under 2 years old who only need a travel cot stay for free but will be charged a fee to use the swimming pool. Please contact owner before your trip to learn your fee; it depends on length of trip and number of children.

Un appartamento unico dove rilassarsi, immerso in un bosco secolare sull'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, a meno di un'ora da Bologna. Si trova presso i Villini Archetta Mattei, costruzioni eccentriche ideate dal Conte Cesare Mattei, il padre dell'elettromeopatia, che viveva e operava nella magica Rocchetta Mattei a un paio di km di distanza. Amici e pazienti del Conte alloggiavano presso i villini, un'esperienza romantica rara per l'epoca in Appennino.
