Fijnbox eco-cabin

Enjoy the tranquil and peaceful environment with panoramic views over the Stranveld’s mountains and fynbos. Fijnbox is a 20ft eco container cabin situated on the mountain side overlooking Murasie and the small town, Baardskeerdersbos The cabin is perfectly suited for two adults, a great romantic gateway. This self-catering eco cabin is secluded and powered by solar and gas. It has a lovely braai lapa, with a wood fired hot tub on the patio. We provide all the luxuries you need during your stay.

the forest chalet - Sondagskloof

Built from Larch & Spruce cured to a dark finish, this secluded one bed-roomed chalet blends into the surrounding Poplar forest nestled next to a running stream. A King size bed, a luxurious bathroom with sliding door onto deck for a indoor/outdoor shower experience. The living-room/ kitchen is stylishly furnished & is fully equipped, with under counter fridge & gas hob, and a wood burning fireplace. Big picture windows & sliding doors open onto the deck, drawing the peaceful forest inside.

Mountain & Sea Cottage

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

Enjoy the best of both worlds at this spacious beach house with stunning mountain views, just a short walk to Onrus Beach. Perfect for families or groups, it sleeps 10 across a 3-bedroom main house and separate flatlet for 4. Relax in the splash pool, enjoy mountain sunsets, or challenge friends to ping pong. In winter the big fireplace/indoor braai creates a wonderful warm atmosphere. Fully equipped and close to local cafes and nature, it’s ideal for a fun, relaxing getaway by the sea.

The famous Harold Porter Botanical gardens is 5 minutes drive away. Betty's Bay has endless hiking, surfing, angling and snorkeling opportunities. A local grocery store is about 700 metres from the house.
