A Tea Loft | Slow Down, Drink Tea, Listen to Vinyl

Do you like tea, like I like tea? Japanese green tea, Chinese green tea, oolong, white, black, herbal… What’s better than tea? Well, yes of course there’s coffee. And we have coffee, don’t worry! But we have a lot of tea. I’m talking about 10 different types of loose leaf tea and 10 more custom loose leaf herbal tea blends. And more tea pots and tea cups than you’ll know what to do with. Recently redesigned and filled with art by local artist and designer Eric Zawadski (that's me actually).

Located 10-min from Newport, VT with a variety of restaurants and 30-min from Jay Peak (USA) & Owl's Head (Canada) where you can golf, ski and hike! Only a 2-hour drive from Montreal and 3.5 hour drive from Boston!

Enjoy a peaceful and private space with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and on site parking. Last house on a dead end rd. 5 min from Southwestern VT Medical Center. 40 min from Mount Snow. 25 min from MassMoca. 15 min walk to Main St where you can enjoy great food and shops. No smoking on premises. Please note there is stairs separating the bedroom (downstairs) and living area, bathroom, and kitchen (upstairs). The stairs are steep and may be difficult for some people.

Fair Haven Loft in The Lloyd Jacobs House

This is one of the nicest units I rent. The space is in an historic renovated building in downtown Fair Haven, VT. The space was originally used to manufacture shirts. I have divided the 1600 square feet into a two bedroom loft. It has very high ceiling and windows. It is very spacious and has been completed updated. The loft has it's own kitchen (not shared) and it's own lock and key. Since it is on the third floor of the building, it is very quiet and secure.

Enjoy 100 acres of hiking or snowshoeing right outside your door. There is nice fire fire pit, hot tub and outdoor seating. Perfect location for the outdoor enthusiast or a relaxing weekend in cool VT air!

A J1772 Level 2 EV charger is available for an additional $10 per night.

Walk down the hill to pick up some Heady Topper and visit the Alchemist Brewery. Minutes to mountain biking, Waterbury Reservoir, shopping, dining, the mountain resort. .5 mi off the Mountain Road.

Garden Retreat

Located in Central Vermont our studio apartment for two is surrounded by gardens with its own patio. Due to Covid precautions, we are only accepting FULLY VACCINATED guests, at this time. We are located north of Dartmouth College, near Barre/ Montpelier and close enough for day trips to the White Mountains, major ski areas and fly fishing.
