This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Located downtown for a front row seat of all the festivities going on as well as shopping and dining. Lots of room inside for hanging out inside the house or out in the bay area playing games or watching activities through the windows or from the bench outside.
