L’appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano di una palazzina storica del 1800, di recentissima ristrutturazione è dotato di ogni comfort: Aria Condizionata, Riscaldamanto Autonomo, Wi-Fi Super Veloce, SMART TV 49'' in soggiorno, TV LED 32'' in camera da letto e Cucina Soppalcata completamente attrezzata. Saranno fornite gratuitamente la biancheria per la casa e un set di cortesia. Disponibile KeyBox per il self check-in. Passeggiando nel quartiere si incontrano botteghe artigiane, pasticcerie rinomate e ristoranti caratteristici. Dalla stazione l'appartamento è raggiungibile con gli autobus scendendo alla fermata "San Fermo". Un volta scesi si prosegue su Stradone San Fermo per 200 metri finchè sulla sinistra troverete il locale Sbeccoleria, imboccate quella strada e dopo 100 metri sulla destra troverete Vicolo Satiro. Se arrivate in auto sarà sufficiente parcheggiare al parcheggio "Centro", situato in Via Campo Marzo, costo di 10 euro per 24 ore, in alternativa al Parcheggio Multipiano Cittadella, entrambi distanti dall'appartamento circa 10 minuti a piedi.
