Loft 3 - On The Historic Monroe Square

Loft 3 is 40 steps (2 flights of stairs) above the Monroe Square. It's a climb, but the view is totally worth it! Newly remodeled in 2021, and reminiscent of the 1859 character of the building, this space is cute, cozy, and truly one of a kind. Literally a couple steps away from your entryway is Sunrise Donut Cafe, featuring customized donuts and a full menu of excellent coffee items. From there, explore the rest of the Square for food, drinks, and shopping in a quaint Main Street atmosphere.

Bo and Aero's retreat is named after the two friendly(and quiet) Labradors that live upstairs. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a historic downtown. If biking, hiking, running, walking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing are part of your routine we are located just off Military Ridge trail,near Blue Mounds and Governor Dodge State Parks. We are 30 min from downtown Madison.This is a home away from home. Perfect for long term rental and traveling medical staff.

You will be close to everything when staying at Paoli Place. It is a great location if you are exploring Madison, Verona or Mt. Horeb and is ideal if you are working with Epic. We are located right on the Military-Ridge Trail that leads you to all of these locations. Additionally, we are a short walk to coffee shops, shops, and bars and restaurants. Freshly painted with new flooring throughout. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, library, Farmer Market etc. There are 2 queen beds, one in each bdrm. The couch also pulls out and up to make a bed. Just a few miles away from Epic.

Your own 820 square foot space with full bathroom. Located 6.2 miles from the UW Madison. Inside, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, living room w/a queen size comfortable sofa bed, a 54”HDTV, a kitchenette (not a full kitchen) w/a dining room table, a mini-fridge, and a library.
