Lovely, Spacious, Private Studio

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests. No toddlers.

Private Scenic Retreat

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Howland Farm

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests at the farmhouse. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Private apartment with full kitchen (dog friendly)

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Tingley Lake Super Suite

The house includes a master suite and 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen / living area. There is a walk out patio, spacious deck area and dock for swimming, canoeing, kayaking or paddleboarding in beautiful Tingley Lake.Continental breakfast (cold and hot cereal and / or pastry with coffee and fruit) is available for stays less than 3 nights. Private entrance and self-check in.

Newly Renovated Ellis Hollow Farmhouse Cottage

This relaxing and comfortable large studio apartment has everything you need. Private entrance, quiet natural surroundings, a kitchen, bathroom (baby tub available), parking and wifi. Just two miles from Cornell, five miles to Ithaca College and Cayuga Lake, and in close proximity to great hiking/biking trails, restaurants and Finger Lakes wineries.

K-Ville is much more than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. If the dates you want are not available, ask me. K-Ville is off the grid with lots of charm, set in the country. It’s a group of tiny buildings built by me, with an architectural influence of the Victorian years. A place where you can sleep inside a piece of art.
