No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Conveniently located to highways and approximately fifteen minutes to downtown, ten minutes to lots of restaurants in Henrietta and lots of shopping. The house has been completely remodeled both outside and in. Restored hardwoods. It has a nice deck that is right off the kitchen. Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.

It’s completely furnished & includes a living room, bathroom. laundry room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full size bed off the living room, a day bed with a twin bed and a trundle twin underneath in the living room, and 2 full size air mattresses & 3 TVs. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres.
