La casa è di nuova costruzione cosi come gli interni arredati.Dotata di ogni confort (wi-fi, aria condizionata su entrambi i piani, lavatrice, forno a microonde, bollitore, phon, ferro da stiro, macchina del caffè, TV).Disposta su due piani, al piano terra ampia cucina/sala con comodo divano letto a due piazze. House in the exclusive Costa Dorata facing the island of Tavolara, 180 meters from the sea, 2 km from Porto San Paolo and 13 km from Olbia airport. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo, a soli 5 minuti dalla spiaggia “Poltu Biancu” a 10 minuti da Badesi e Valledoria e a pochi passi dalle acque termali. Viddalba dista 18km dal borgo di Castelsardo e alla stessa distanza da Isola Rossa, dov’è possibile noleggiare gommoni ed escursioni turistiche. Nei dintorni della casa e raggiungibili a piedi troviamo il Museo, bancomat market, tabacchino e lavanderia automatica, oltre a bar, trattoria e pizzerie da asporto.
