Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are three different areas to rest, do puzzles and watch TV in front of a gas fireplace . Then, a large screen porch to watch the amazing sunsets! Two inside baths and 1 outside bath. A small opened porch and a large outdoor deck. There is a cook shed with grill and outdoor fire pit. Then, best of all, a boat house with two electric boat lifts and an opened deck and sheltered deck. Sunflower Cottage is calling your name!

Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

This 238 sq ft fully equipped cabin in the woods is the perfect spot for 2 people to spend the night(s) and enjoy the trees, birds, and calming touch of nature. Cook a full meal in the kitchen, take a walk through the woods and fields near the cabin, and enjoy a campfire just outside your cabin. Bed is full size. 75x54 inches.

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

There is a boat slip on site and a newly installed jet ski ramp. The entire space has been recently renovated and beautifically decorated for your perfect stay! We have recently installed a boat slip on the property. Our home is smoke free and pet free. Whoever leases the space has to be one of the guests.
