With southern full sun exposure. The home has two basement suites with the caretaker living in one of them. The yard and common areas will only be accessed for maintenance. The house comes with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bath sleeping up to 6. The views of the lake from within the house are breathe taking.

The Marina House

Our guest house is located on the grounds of Becher Bay Marina and to the left of E. Sooke park. The Marina's quiet beach and friendly neighborhood make for a memorable stay. The house is fully equipped everything you need to make outstanding meals. I am so pleased to announce that our beloved Marina House has just undergone an extensive Renovation. Spectacular views! Galiano Harbour View House is 3 bedrooms, on private wooded acreage with views over water & islands. 850 sq. feet of west facing deck for amazing sunsets, and always a shady spot with a view. From $265 / weeknight low season to some $ 395 nights in summer. Prices based on 4 persons, additional guests are $30 / person / night. $100 cleaning fee on all bookings. 6 night minimum in summer, 5% discount on 7 nights.
