Reachable only by boat, no road and no car — a 19th-century Crotto, once a lakeside tavern where fishermen stopped to eat and drink, reborn as a cottage on the water. Three bedrooms over two floors, so everyone gets their own room, and a covered veranda above the water with a view to Lugano. The boat is yours all stay, to navigate along the shore to the villages nearby. A big fireplace in winter; the veranda and a garden of centuries-old plane trees in summer. Total privacy, on a roadless shore.

Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.
