Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Se viaggiate da soli, chiedeteci un prezzo speciale! L´apartamento é situato a Carpenedo, la piu bella area di Venezia Mestre, tranquilla, verde e facilmente raggiungibile dal centro storico. Nella camera da letto c´é una tipica maschera veneziana del sole e la luna in abbraccio.

Appartamento di 140 mq, di fronte al Palazzo del Bò, antica sede dell'Università di Padova, a pochi metri dalle Piazze, dal Caffè Pedrocchi, dalla Chiesa di Sant'Antonio e dalla Cappella degli Scrovegni con gli affreschi di Giotto. Dotato di ingresso, tre camere, due bagni finestrati, salotto e cucina separata, l'appartamento è molto luminoso e centralissimo. Fuori dalla porta di casa c'è la fermata del tram che ti porta alla Stazione ferroviaria in 5 minuti.

Alloggio indipendente con uso cucina situato all'interno dell'Agriturismo Fattoria Danieletto. L agriturismo presenta un ristorante aperto nel fine settimana dove è possibile mangiare su prenotazione nella stessa azienda è possibile acquistare vini, salumi e marmellate di propria produzione. Nell' alloggio è disponibile il tutto per una piccola colazione, le pulizie saranno giornaliere sostituzione asciugamani ogni 2 giorni e lenzuola ogni 4 giorni.

A meno di 10 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere lo storico mercato delle Piazze, l’Università Bò, la Cappella degli Scrovegni, tutti i musei, le vie dello shopping e l’Ospedale Civile.
