Hi! We are Vitória and Hermínio, a happily married couple from the Azores. We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays. Casa das Dias is a 1-bedroom house located in the historical center of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. Our place has great views, is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love this house because of the ocean view and the sound of the ocean. Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. Casa do Lagar is one of the 3 villas of Quinta Velha das Amoreiras, an agricultural property located on the quiet outskirts of Vila Franca do Campo, in the center of São Miguel Island. Casa do Lagar is an entire house inside our farm. It has one double bedroom and two single beds on the mezzanine above the living room. A car is required.

An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay in a place off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A CAT living in the cottage, she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT. If you don't like cats or are allergic to them, the cottage is not a suitable option for you.
