The Tiny House sits on 3/4 acres. You will feel the tranquility of this magical property and only 10 minutes to Vilano Beach or the Historic Downtown. The studio is equipped with a sink, toilet, kitchenette, coffee/tea. Commune with nature in your Private Exotic Outdoor Shower, hottub (closed July & August).

Easy access to historic downtown with a 10 min drive/Uber or enjoy a water taxi from the Vilano Beach Fishing Pier. The Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve is available a few miles north for hiking/biking trails, kayaking & fishing. The entire home is yours!

The Coral Sea Casa- Oceanfront! Tiki bar!

The Coral Sea Casa is directly on the ocean on Vilano Beach with magnificent views! The full tiki bar with outdoor kitchen is great for hosting your family cookouts! Minimum age to rent is 25. Dogs permitted with pre-approval and pet fee of $100. Early check-in and late check-out free of charge! Event/parties are permitted on a case by case basis and an event fee will apply. Once this home belonged to the Capo Family who brought visitors from downtown St Augustine across the Intercoastal on a ferry to the beach in the 1920’s. Today, you can enjoy the vintage vibe, with modern conveniences. Only 2 min walk to Surfside Beach! Under new ownership, formerly an Airbnb for many years. One small dog will be considered.
