TV. 30 m2 de jardín priv. delante del mar. Patio de 15 m2 con plantas, que da luminosidad y vida. Piscina y a/ac. La habitación secundaria dispone de dos camas individuales. Puede ponerse bajo la otra, liberando espacio en la habitación. Cuna para bebé si es necesaria y tb mesa de trabajo y silla si imprescindible.

Mi casa está a un paso de la playa, con todos los servicios (restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, tren, autobús) a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Apartamento con aire acondicionado, WIFI, piscina y aparcamiento privado perfecto por su ubicación e iluminación. Perfecto en una zona tranquila y a 45 minutos del centro de Barcelona. Estación de tren a cinco minutos caminando y autobuses a diez minutos. Espero poder alojaros!!!Será un placer para mi.....Todo el mundo es bienvenido!!!

The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station. There is a bedroom with a 160cm bed, open onto the living room (it can be closed with a curtain) and a small spare room with a single bed. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The windows are double-glazed with electric shutters, there is air conditioning and a west-facing balcony for breakfast.
