Appartamento in palazzo residenziale di poche famiglie, in zona Pescara Portanuova. Appartamento fresco e nuovo con tre camere da letto due bagni, uno con doccia ed uno con vasca idromassaggio. Siamo a pochi passi dal mare che è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 min o con mezzi tra cui monopattini helbiz. Siamo a poche fermate di autobus dalla stazione centrale di Pescara e a 200 mt dalla stazione di Pescara portanuova. Zona ben fornita tra supermercati e varie attività commerciali.

Modern city apartment in the heart of the city and only 150 metres from the beach. The air conditioned apartment sleeps 3 and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. It is a short walk from the main train station, a five minute drive from Abruzzo airport and easily reached from the motorway exit. It is perfectly located for those people who would like to be in the centre of the city and there are many bars, supermarkets, shops and restaurants on the doorstep.
