Perched on a hillside above the Valdarno area, between the cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, the Lazy Oak villa is surrounded by acres of olive groves. The main house on two level has been fitted with bedrooms, bathrooms and new kitchen whilst retaining its old terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. A dining loggia for al fresco meals enjoys a breathtaking view of the countryside. The infinity pool is set just a few steps from the house on a green terrace furnished with loungers.

With an uninterrupted liquid view of Lake Trasimeno, this newly renovated house has it all. It is a private and secure oasis from which to enjoy all that Umbria has to offer. The private garden has a small beach directly at the shore of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee from your lounger or take a refreshing swim in the lake from the jetty.
