Ideale per amanti della natura, famiglie, sportivi. Da tenere in considerazione che, per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna, è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. La dolce vita. Pasta, Vino und eigener Strand. Eigener Strand mit Hängematte zwischen Palmen. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen herrlichen Blick über den See und den benachbarten Park. Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer super Bar in "paddelreichweite" od. auch in 5min zu Fuß. Man kann sich auch von der Bar Essen a la carte in den eigenen Garten liefern lassen. Wir sind selber gerne super gerne hier, aber es ist uns leider nicht vergönnt, den ganzen Sommer hier zu verbringen. (Boote gg. kl.Gebühr.

Welcome to our home, a villa located in the stunning Lake District, where our family has been spending happy vacations since 1968! It’s a much-loved and well-lived-in home, equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant vacation with family or friends. Malpensa International Airport is a 25-minute drive away, and in less than an hour you can reach Milan, the beautiful Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, and Lake Orta. We hope that this house will become the setting for wonderful memories.

A 10-minute drive from Sacro Monte (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and 40 minutes from Lago di Como, ideal destinations for walks, swims and bike rides. Well connected to the historic center of Varese: bus stop at 200mt. We have two dogs and a wolf: if you are afraid, please note that they run free around so it's impossible not to meet them.

The nearest free beach is within walking distance. The town center has all the necessary amenities . We are 20 minutes from Malpensa Airport, 40 minutes from Milan, and 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore. We are also 5 minutes from the cycle/pedestrian paths of Lake Varese and Lake Comabbio.

Immersed in the sixteenth-century park of Villa La Motta and the adjacent Golf dei Laghi, it enjoys an ideal climate all year round thanks to its dominant position on the hill. It is enriched by a private equipped garden and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residence. The beaches of Lake Monate are easily reachable with a short 3-minute walk.

This is my home, filled with my original artworks. As an artist, I prioritize ecology and recycling. Free parking is available.
