La maison se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée et clôturée , avec deux autres maisons, également louées à la saison.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

It is located on the seafront of the "Piras" residential village and is only a few dozen metres from the sea, facing the island of Caprera. The place is quiet and car traffic is limited to the few residents.
