Enjoy our accommodation for 4 people in two Dalmatian stone houses, were recently renewed to fulfill all your needs and desires. Within and around houses you can find a lovely covered dinning an relaxing lounge area, stone built barbecue, private swimming pool, sun beds and lounge sitting area to enjoy every moment of your vacation. The poperty have been restored with love and care, but also provides all the benefits of modern living. It's located on a hill of the quite village Vinisce.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

It is located in a small fishing village of Vinišće, located 18 km from Trogir (center of the city of Trogir UNESCO's list of protected heritage). The sea is about 600 m or 10 minutes walk. This is a magical space where is united harmony, aesthetics and creativity. Very intimate space surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in a pleasant atmosphere in every corner.

Our family Villa Sea View was completed in June 2024 and represents a piece of modern luxury on the Dalmatian coast. The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area with a sea view. The beach is a 2-minute walk away and there are shops and excellent restaurants within a 3-4 minute walk. A large parking lot, a covered outdoor terrace with seating furniture and an inviting swimming pool have all the facilities that allow you to enjoy your vacation with your family.

Our simple, cozy, small 2 bedroom holiday house is 30 m from the beach, secluded & isolated , in a beautiful and quiet location, near the town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot). There is a huge terrace, next to a mediterranean garden with a BBQ (grill) to enjoy your free time. You have the whole place just for yourselves! You can not come to the house with your car! The parking is free public parking on the street around 35 m away from the house.
