Welcome to the Salty Dunes! Located in Historic Roser Park, a cobble street, tree-lined storybook-like neighborhood. From here it’s just a short 2 mile bike ride to downtown St. Pete, the new Pier, Beach Drive and some of the best restaurants, museums and parks St Pete has to offer. We’re a quick 15-20 min drive to some of Florida’s best beaches and only a 25 min drive to Tampa International Airport or the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport. This place is perfect for couples or solo adventurers.

Located within minutes of great restaurants, craft breweries, and local museums. Lots of great outdoor activities along St. Pete’s beautiful waterfront.

Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.

Host lives in a separate house on the property & is available if needed! We welcome guests to bring their beloved pets, however they cannot exceed over 50lbs. Sorry, pets are not allowed in the pool.

Efficiency offers one queen bed. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed. Tropical pool villa in central St Pete built in 2022, only 1 mile from Pinellas Trail, 2 miles from downtown restaurants and 5 miles from Treasure Island Beach. One room efficiency includes a comfortable queen size murphy bed, full bathroom (w/shower-no tub), large flat screen tv, with wet bar, microwave & coffee maker. Guests will have private access to pool. Smoking is NOT permitted on property and will be reported.

Completely Detached Studio apt/Mother in-law suite located in Historic Old Northeast. 100 feet to Coffee Pot Water Way and walking path. Less than a mile to downtown, less than a mile to Vinoy Hotel and Beach drive; Quarter mile to North Shore Park. Two bikes are available to guests. Guests are also welcome to the lap pool, the grill, patio furniture. Must be okay with dogs.
