Located within minutes of great restaurants, craft breweries, and local museums. Lots of great outdoor activities along St. Pete’s beautiful waterfront.

Florida gets pretty hot, they can often be found enjoying their Oasis too!! Use the BBQ! Eat dinner outside, plenty of seating areas! Walk to beach/best St Pete restaurants in 10 minutes. 15 min drive to St Pete Beach. Main house on property occupied by owners (pool/courtyard is shared with owners). Next to Pinellas Trail, a 40 mile paved trail. Great for walking, running and biking. You can bike downtown 6 mi or 4.6 miles to beaches. We have bikes and for those more adventuresome we have kayaks you may use. House features stable, high speed internet. Close to great restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets and coffee shops.

One room efficiency includes a comfortable queen size murphy bed, full bathroom (w/shower-no tub), large flat screen tv, with wet bar, microwave & coffee maker. No cooktop. Guests will have private access to pool. It is not shared. Smoking is NOT permitted on property and will be reported.

Enjoy privacy & tranquility in this detached guesthouse, with POOL & HOT TUB ACCESS! Ten minutes from Downtown, 17 minutes from St. Pete Beach, this spacious guesthouse has AC, its own Wifi, TV w/ Firestick, with a private entrance & parking. Host lives in a separate house on the property & is available if needed! We welcome guests to bring their beloved pets, however they cannot exceed over 50lbs. Sorry, pets are not allowed in the pool.

Walk to Downtown St Pete and Bay

Efficiency offers one queen bed. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed. Please know if you are dependent on having wifi, we seem to have a history of sketchy WiFi in our area. Hope to see you soon!
