We back up to The Virgin River behind the house and thousands of acres of BLM land with plenty of trails for mountain biking and hiking just out your door! So quiet and private away from the noise just listen to the river and enjoy the views while sipping coffee or cocktails on the patio. I live upstairs if needed.

Surrounded by working farms and just minutes from Zion National Park makes this the perfect place to set up your home away from home. Enjoy incredible daytime views and dark skies at night, or just stroll around the property to see the goings on of a working farm. Access the Virgin River that is just a "stones throw away."

Canyon Studio w/private courtyard, 20 mins to Zion

We aim to complement the experience of visiting Zion National Park by bringing the feeling of the outdoors inside: natural light, airy ceilings, and canyon colors. A glass door and tall windows make the private courtyard feel like part of the interior.
