“Belgrade Penthouse” is a luxury apartment on the roof of one of the 10 highest skyscrapers in Belgrade. The area of 90m2 has a panoramic view of the whole city. Apartment is located between most important sports, convention, hotel, cultural and entertainment destinations. Entire house for rent in a magical location - right on the Danube River, with a view of Petrovaradin fortress! It's a charming and cozy house with two spacious yards next to the beautiful Kamenicki Park. It is pretty close to the city center (5km) and the fortress (3km). On the opposite side of the river is a city bitch Strand (please note that during the beach season, on weekends, music from the beach can be heard). The house is also ideal for rent during the Exit festival.

Apartment is in the center of Zemun. Path to the apartment is through the gallery which has items over a hundred years old. It is 10 minutes from the center of Belgrade and 2 minutes away from the Danube river and a beautiful quay where you can take a walk and relax. The Gardos tower is also in walking distance, about 10 minutes away, from where you can see the whole city. This part of the town is full of restaurants and cafes, but it is really quiet and relaxing.
