40min to Everything!!! Beautiful efficiency, sleeps 2 adults and two children comfortably! Fully furnished, with all the little details taken care of. Just pack your clothes and head to beautiful historic Deland, Florida! With so many attractions within driving, your schedule will be packed. There are many natural springs in the area to explore by kayak, boat or bike!! 40 min. to beaches, 40 min. to attractions!! We do accepts pets, the fees and registration must be paid on the app.

With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art. Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.
