Secluded from main roads yet just minutes from downtown Mount Dora and Eustis, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic serenity and comfort. Located on a lake that offers direct water access. Campfires are welcomed, and the tranquil setting is made even more magical by the sight of horses. Inside, you'll find cozy touches and comfortable furnishings, including pillow-top mattresses

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

The Boat House on Lake Dora - Downtown Waterfront

WATERFRONT! The Boat House is an 800sf private residence built directly over Lake Dora offering panoramic lakefront views. Located on Mount Dora's Famous Boat House Row, right in the heart of downtown Mount Dora, where you can roll out of bed and walk a few steps to one of the quaint coffee shops. The Boat House was once a tin boat shed with floors open to the water and housed two boats. Today, you will find warm, cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, a quiet location and sunsets every evening!

"Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.

Cute, comfortable 1935 detached home is 900 SQUARE FEET AND PET FRIENDLY. Walking distance to the Palm Mansion venue and 1.2 miles from Lakeview Gardens Venue. Main home’s on other side of property. Cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Visiting with an infant, for your convenience, we provide a Playpen, a bouncing seat, and a tub.

Farm life at its best! Located right next to our tree farm, bass stocked pond with dock on property, decor is Palm trees, Exotic Zebra farm life. There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

The Port Orange Proper has everything. DOG friendly, NO Cats Please. Dogs have to be fully house trained and owners need to know their limitations. $50.00 fee per Dog. Holidays and Special Event Bookings will not be refunded if not cancelled 30 days in advance!!!! Centrally located between Daytona Beach, New Symrna Beach and downtown Flagler Avenue. Bring your boat and your Bike. Plenty of parking for Trucks and Trailers. MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND MINDFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS!!!

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa.
