Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

Alta Marea

To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Ωστόσο, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. Από τις δύο βεράντες του σπιτιού μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα του στενού Περιστέρα.

Το Villa Alonia 2 βρίσκεται στην αρχή της Παλιάς Χώρας. Η δροσιά του χωριού δεν λείπει από το διαμέρισμα , γι αυτό τον λόγο έχουμε δημιουργήσει μεγάλες βεράντες ώστε να μπορείτε να απολαμβάνετε την θέα του μαγευτικού τοπίου άνετα και ευχάριστα. Πρόκειται για μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που απέχει 5min με τα πόδια από την Παλιά Χώρα. Κοντά σας θα βρείτε μινι-μάρκετ , παραδοσιακό φούρνο , καφετέριες , παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες , μπουτίκ ρούχων και σουβενίρ καθώς και στάση λεωφορείου και ταξί.

Agios Petros By the Sea / Traditional House

Agios Petros by the Sea is a traditional house located in one of the most beautiful bays of Alonnissos (Agios Petros). The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1,5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In total, 150sqm. It can accomodate 6 persons( Three couples plus 3 -4 children ) . Outdoors, the house offers an extremely fantastic sea view from its terrace. The distance to the beach is only 50m , 9km away from the port Patitiri and only 5 minutes walk from Steni Vala.

Magdalini's apartment

Το Magdalini's apartment, βρίσκεται στο λιμανάκι του Βότση, περίπου 1,5 km από το κεντρικό λιμάνι του νησιού, το Πατητήρι. Το διαμέρισμα αποτελείται από 3 υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνιο ,τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα και μπαλκόνι με πανέμορφη θέα στον γραφικό όρμο. Επιπλέον, υπάρχει κλιματισμός σε όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια και διατίθεται δωρεάν wi-fi . Στη γύρω περιοχή , υπάρχουν καφετέριες, εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ που μπορούν να καλύψουν τις καθημερινές σας ανάγκες.

The house is located in Patitiri, it is accessible on foot and by road, it is quite close to the bus-taxi stop, food market, bakery and bank. It is newly built and has new equipment (furniture, linen, electrical appliances) and a yard. The combination of the modern, functional space in a peaceful and endless blue-green landscape is what will make you indulge in the magic of the island enjoying the view at any time of the day.

Διατίθεται προς ενοικίαση ένα από τα δύο αυτόνομα διαμερίσματα με πλήρως εξοπλισμένες κουζίνες. 2 χλμ. από το κεντρικό λιμάνι του Πατητηρίου και μόλις 0,5 χλμ. από το χωριό Βότση, το οποίο διαθέτει μίνι σούπερ μάρκετ και μερικές καλές ταβέρνες και εστιατόρια κοντά στο λιμάνι. Ιδιωτικό parking εκτός δρόμου. Κάθε διαμέρισμα έχει τη δυνατότητα να φιλοξενήσει ένα τρίτο μέλος της οικογένειας που θα συνεννοηθεί με τον οικοδεσπότη.
