Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Apartman Maya 305 is located at the old city core next to St.Donat church. 3 minutes from Sea Organ and "The Greeting to the Sun". 3 minutes from airport shuttle. Its close to all the necessities like the Post, Restaurants and the local grocery store. I used to live in an apartment so I made it comfortable to live in. I hope you feel right at home. I live next door to an apartment. I am here for your questions and possible problems.

A charming little house by the sea. 5' to center.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

Holidayhouse by the sea

The house is located right by the sea. It has its own parking and a place for a boat. It is modernly decorated and has everything needed to relax and rest. The only place is ideally located for a tour of the entire region. Nearby are NP Kornati and NP Krka as well as the city of Šibenik.
