Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή υπάρχει η Πέτρα του Ομήρου (όπου η παράδοση αναφέρει ότι δίδασκε ο Όμηρος) καθώς και το Ιερό της Θεάς Κυβέλης.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests
