This stunning home has been a labor of love 4 me. My parents reside in Walnut Living when they are not in Florida ;) I am a designer/decorator so it has been a joy to bring this home to life for them and for you! This home is in a prefect location! It is just up the street from our beautiful downtown, dining, and shopping, as well as parks and our amazing River Walk. The Garden Cottage at The English Rose is a beautiful, clean, spacious, light and airy 750 sqft , 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. This renovated carriage house is adjacent to our 1903 Queen Anne Victorian and is a registered historical landmark of Kokomo, Indiana. The garden cottage gets it’s name by being surrounded by beautiful lush perennial gardens. Only registered guests allowed. Small, well trained, apartment dogs under 12lbs allowed.
