Take a verandah seat to watch the morning mist quietly rise. Observe the abundant wildlife who are happy to call Oro home, or be intoxicated by the afternoon ‘golden hour’. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Our cosy 2 Bedroom Shouse on 5 Acres is located just 1.5km to Mansfield town. Located on top of the hill with beautiful views, perfect place to relax and unwind. We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. Bright Lavender Farm: Mud Brick Miners Cottage 2

This unique and tranquil experience, your very own mud brick cottage set on a lavender farm with sunsets and fantastic views. 5km to Bright Township. Also near by is the Ovens river, autumn colour, rail trail bike path, golf course and walking tracks, Mount Buffalo and its historic chalet. A well equipped kitchen and BBQ on your own veranda. The property even has a private mountain stream. The lavender is in flower from around mid Dec before getting harvested in Feb to make essential oil.

Moyhu Sunset Vista

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. We are located a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area . The photo on the cover is two of our Goldens and one of the guests Golden so don’t worry when you get here and there are only two.

The Nest

The Nest is a unique, inviting place to stay right in the heart of beautiful Bright. Tucked in behind the little boutique clothing shop called Chooks, there are cafes and restaurants literally on your doorstep! Explore the many walking tracks along the Ovens River, catch a movie at the little cinema just around the corner, or jump on your bike and ride one of the cycling tracks that surround the town. Enjoy the best of what Bright has to offer without having to get in your car!

Cloud house

With breathtaking views overlooking Mount Victoria, this 1950s home has been lovingly restored and modernised into an open plan, bright space. Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees. An open kitchen with German appliances, a wood heater for cozy nights and a king bed for watching the many cloud formations that drift by makes this getaway so memorable.

The Stables Cottage in The High Country

The Stables is an original 100 year old building that has been beautifully converted into a cozy cottage. Located in the township of Mansfield The Stables is surrounded by beautiful gardens for you to sit back and relax in. Only a short walk to the heart of town for you to indulge at the local cafes and shops.
