Peaceful sanctuary in a park-like setting, just minutes from several great beaches & the Otaki Gorge/River. Equipped with a HotSpring spa, this is the perfect place to unwind. The house is a modern architecturally-designed retreat with 3 bedrms (sleeps 6), 3 bathrms, kitchen, scullery & large garden with mature trees. A suntrap all year round, great for lounging around, the fire, wetback & solar heating will keep you cosy in winter. No parties, smoking and guests. Late checkout poss some times.

Modern studio with spa, in great location

This is a modern self contained studio with luxury spa pool situated in a great location. Right next to a park, on a main bus line, and 7mins drive to the city. The studio is on the front of the main house on the section, underneath a double garage with easy access via either; a short ramp (with one step), or via a second access with 12 stairs. Comes with 1x queen bed and can have 2x single trundler beds +/- a porta cot added (must request on booking to ensure extra beds can be set up).

Green Apple Cabin

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.
