Newly renovated holiday house within an easy short walk (5 mins) of an amazing beach, has everything you need for a perfect holiday or weekend get away. Great indoor/outdoor flow. Short easy walk to the beach, local shop, tennis courts, playground, park and toddler pool, everything is within a 5 minute walk. Private secure property the back yard is completely fenced off. Located in Cass Bay, with a full ensuite, queen bed, and full kitchen with outdoor deck and close access to a variety of coastal walking tracks. An 8 minute drive to Lyttelton provides a range of eclectic cafes, restaurants and bars and a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, and a Farmers Market every Saturday our Tiny provides an alternative to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Beachside Getaway

Drenched in all day sun our newly renovated guest house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Waikuku Beach is a haven for holiday makers, with its beautiful beach, picturesque community and lots of native bird life to enjoy. Located just a short walk (15 mins) to the beach and the Ashley River estuary. Waikuku Beach is perfect for swimming and surfing and is lifeguard patrolled every weekend in summer and everyday of the school holidays.
