Back House of Papanui

My place is close to Northlands Mall which has retail shopping & 2 large supermarkets. Bishopdale shopping centre is also close which has a great butcher shop - Peter Tims Meats, also a New World supermarket, post office etc. Town centre is a 15min drive. We are minutes to many restaurants (NZ famous Lone Star at Northlands and Airport) & takeaways. Tourist attractions are a 15 - 20min ride. Airport is a 10min drive. We may not be the best street in Papanui, but it's the best house in Papanui.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away.

With an outlook of native Kanuka and large pines this 3 bedroom home in Purau Valley is perfect for a relaxing holiday, boating, fishing or exploring the area Only 45 min from Christchurch city, on the stunning Banks Peninsula and just 1.5 hours to the popular town of Akaroa. A 5min drive to the ferry to take you to lyttelton for great restaurants or the saturday farmers market. or just hang out with the resident goats.
