The Lakes Bed & Breakfast - Sea View Room

The Lakes B&B is a quiet, dog friendly getaway at Waikawa Beach, a hidden gem near Otaki. Enjoy views over the coastline, with stunning sunrises and sunsets and plenty of bird life. The beach is just a short walk away and is great for swimming in the summer and long walks all year round. We welcome couples, solo travellers, families, and well behaved pets. Whether it's a stop-over on your journey or a weekend getaway from the city, Alistair and I look forward to hosting you at Waikawa Beach.

Marangai Garden

A 100 year plus villa home under the Tararua Ranges on the outskirts of Levin that has been lovingly restored. The garden is well known in the district and further afield, and in the past we have hosted garden tours, weddings and fun raisers. Guests will enjoy welcoming and respectful hosts, and the experience of quiet and peaceful surrounds. There is the option of requesting an evening meal at an extra cost using seasonal garden produce, which you can enjoy with your hosts or on your own.

Languor Rural BnB

Languor (the quiet restful space) We offer a well appointed private suite, in a separate and secure wing within our home. Raised above the surrounding farmland you'll appreciate the spectacular views of both the rolling Eastern range and snow capped Tararua Mountain Range while soaking in the Spa or pool. Near the wine village of Martinborough and boutique town of Greytown. Our BnB is ideal for a romantic retreat, 2 couples, for small families or anyone wanting to take some time out.

You will enjoy a recently renovated space which is spacious, quiet, and romantic. Quality linen, furniture and fixtures. Deep bath. Spend time in the 2 living spaces, one where you relax and watch the ships sail in, or in the study with over a 800 books to choose from - a reader’s delight. Sleep in late and have a delicious cooked breakfast.

Tui Studio

A large fully self contained studio in the heart of Seatoun. Minutes from Wellington Airport. Quiet, cosy accomodation with all amenities. Great sea views from the balcony. Small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, laundry facilities with its own private deck looking out to sea. Tea/coffee provided. Sky TV. Netflix. On street parking only but nice wide street. Easy flat access. Pets welcome but please check in with us first to make sure the place is suitable. A small Pet Fee is charged.

Brookfield House

A quiet room in a large old villa with private ensuite at Brookfield Lodge with a self help breakfast included. You will have your own kitchen and own private lounge with wood fire which is separate from the Hosts. A perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and relax. Located Semi rural with farm views just 10km from Pukaha, the Mt Bruce bird sanctuary and easy walking distance to a friendly local tavern. We also run Bird Cottage located in a private setting behind Brookfields

Rustic Comforts Cabin Bed & Breakfast

Located only 16km from Levin and 32 km from Palmerston North. A cozy spacious beautifully furnished cabin that has everything you need. Whether you are visiting friends, family or just on business this is the perfect place to rest. The Cabin has a large fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and open planned living with a King Size bed and two separate bedrooms providing privacy. Our property boasts a large open outside area where you are welcome to relax in.

Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

Let us make your dream getaway a vivid reality. Nestled in the foothills of the Tararua Ranges in North Wairarapa is a hidden property waiting to be shared with guests. A short drive from Masterton and only an hour and a half from Wellington, this tranquil property has a range of oases to make a wonderful weekend or week away a reality. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly family and home! Guests of all sexuality and race are welcome.

37 Burgundy - Private Access Suite 1

37 Burgundy Home is approximately a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The room has its own private entry, an en-suite and an outdoor patio area. In the room is a queen bed, a bar fridge, bread toaster, water kettle and TV. Wifi is free. As our guests you can use the shared Pinot Grove Residents heated salt water pool (closed from April 28 and opens again on Labour weekend) and the tennis court and trampoline as well.
