This lovely popular two storey house is affordable, clean, comfortable, warm, family-friendly and spacious. It comes with free WiFi (fibre) and linen. We offer a flexible cancellation policy especially during lockdown. The house is situated on the quiet western side of town with breath taking views of the Ben Ohau ranges and surrounding mountains. It’s unique easy-living design makes it elegant yet homely. It has a large fully fenced back yard with a furnished patio area and a BBQ.

This brand new modern two bedroom cottage is perfect for relaxing. It has high quality fittings, fixtures and appliances, you will also be very comfortable year round with the heat pump. Entrance can be through the internal garage, great for winter months, or via the covered veranda, which happens to be perfect for morning coffee in the sun. The cottage boasts a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and two bedrooms. It is located in a quiet area, walking distance to town.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade.
