Two bedroom two bath cottage. Master BR has master bath and queen bed. Guest BR has bunk beds (one queen on bottom and full bed on top) with full bath. Covered second story deck with seating & view of beautiful downtown St Marks. One block from Shields Marina and local restaurants. Outdoor area below with family sized table, grill, fish cleaning table, water hose for washing boat, cornhole boards, & fire pit(split wood included).Plenty of room for boat parking in empty lot behind house.

Pelican Cottage

Enjoy the convenience of Crawfordville's town center at the Pelican Cottage (Sister to the wheelchair friendly Oyster Cottage). Cute, cozy, and comfortable. St. Marks, Shell Point, and Panacea are just south, and St. George Island & Apalachicola are one hour west. Enjoy seasonal fruit from the orchard. If you love coffee like we do there are two coffee trailers only a few minutes away, as well as a sit down coffee shop.
