For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Entspannte Tage in der Natur, fern von Stress und Trubel. Mal Zeit zu zweit oder mit der Familie, für Verliebte, Ruhebedürftige und Naturliebhaber …einfach mal abschalten…das kann man wunderbar in der Ferienwohnung auf unserer kleinen Hofstelle im malerischen Bayerischen Wald. Wandern oder Radfahren könnt ihr vom Hof aus. Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.

Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und bietet Direktzugang zum Garten. Die Küche ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Das Bad bietet eine Dusche, WC und Badewanne. Handtücher und Föhn sind vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein neues Boxspringbett und eine Schlafcouch. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit großer Couch und Wohnwand mit TV. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einer kleinen Auswahl von Getränken gefüllt die Sie laut Preisliste erwerben können.

Gemütliche und helle Ferienwohnung, in Bubach an der Naab, mit schönem Garten inkl. Grillplatz und einer Außendusche mit Warmwasser. In der Nähe sind viele Wassersportarten wie z.B. Tauchen, SUP, Windsurfen, Wakeboarden möglich oder einfach nur Baden, Wandern und Radfahren. Die Nähe zur Naab macht es auch für Angler sehr attraktiv. Ein Landgasthof mit schönem Biergarten befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Die gute Lage lädt auch ein, Regensburg und den Künstlerort Kallmünz zu besuchen.

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Comfortable apartment in natural surroundings

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. Die "Stoana-Hütt'n" bietet alles was das Herz begehrt: einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete kleine Küche, zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, ein kleines aber feines Bad und eine traumhafte Sonnen-Terasse!

Die kleine Ferienwohnung hat eine gemütliche Wohnstube mit Eckbank, Mini-Küche und Couch. Im Schlafzimmer schlaft ihr bequem auf neuen Matratzen. In einem weiteren Zimmer ist ein Stockbett mit Platz für zwei kleine Gäste. Und von eurer großen Südwest-Terrasse blickt ihr auf das Zellertaler Bergpanorama – die lange Abendsonne im Sommer ist ein Traum!
