Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Hobb’s House - Year Round Log Cabin on the Water

Cozy 2 Beds, 1 pullout sofa bed, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Log Cabin with water/mountain views on Hobb’s Pond. Relax on the dock, grill from the deck, canoe (1)/kayaks (2)/swim during the day and relax with your streaming services on the smart TV at night. 5min drive to the Camden Snow Bowl for ski/snowboard during the winter. Ice skate on the pond. Rent out a boat during your stay. 13 min drive to downtown Camden for great restaurants and a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Close proximity to hiking trails!

‘Round the Bend Farm - private, modern cabin

Our newly built, modern cabin offers a secluded and relaxing retreat in Union, Maine. With the high ceilings, open floor plan, and many windows, guests are surrounded by natural light and forest views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor grill and fire pit. Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We are just 25 minutes from the Midcoast's shops, restaurants, and beaches.

SMITTEN at The Appleton Retreat is a contemporary near off grid cabin that offers all of the comforts of home in total privacy, including excellent WIFI. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting seven unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1,300 acre preserve and Newbert pond. If you need a time out and desire to embrace nature's way, Smitten is the perfect place to experience a memorable getaway.

Beautiful hand built cabin, overlooking Cotton Pond. Ten minutes from Camden, the sailing mecca of the east coast. Solar lights, (we are off the grid) gravity fed kitchen water, gas-hot water outdoor shower, outhouse overlooking the forest. Hiking trails everywhere! Swimming across the road on Hobbs Pond. If you book in November, there is a possibility that if it gets cold, you will not have a hot outdoor shower and will use water from a 5 gallon ceramic container for drinking and cooking.

Drift Cottage near the coast

This simplistic cottage sits atop a blueberry hill in Union Maine. Sit and enjoy a fire and view of the hills. It's only a 3 minute walk to groceries, pizza, Cafe, and The Sterlingtown restaurant, with outdoor seating and live music! or get take out and enjoy the outdoor Asian inspired dining area for an unforgettable night! perfect overnight spot on the way to Acadia! 1.5 hours away. 15 minutes to Owls Head, Camden, Rockland. Perfect cental spot for day trips to the prettiest of Maine!

The Nest - Cozy 2 bdrm each w/ensuite

The cabin is tucked into the woods providing opportunities for all day wildlife and bird watching. It feels secluded but is minutes away from Belfast, Lincolnville and Camden. We are a little over an hour to Acadia National Park and two hours from Baxter State Park (Mount Katahdin highest mountain in Maine). The cabin is extremely cozy and has well supplied kitchen. There are several outside seating areas with fire pits and a screen porch for a”morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

The Birch Bark Cabin

Completely unplug at this silent and stunning off-the-grid cabin situated in the heart of mid coast Maine. Minutes from several lakes, ponds and Penobscot Bay. Total privacy in the woods, private fire pit, tidy composting toilet and LED lighting. Propane stove and fresh water included. Sun shower available upon request. King sized bed is made up with sheets, blanket and down comforter. Private parking and red flyer wagon provided to carry in your gear - 200 foot path to cabin.

Mountainside Cedar cabin "Sasquatch Haven "

Nestled in 6 acres is the secluded Mountain side cedar cabin. Breweries nearby, Hiking, lakes, and Fishing. If Sasquatch is booked, check Bigfoot Retreat 150 foot away. Master bedroom /main level is separate from loft quarters upstairs. Custom built cabin all cedar inside with a cozy bedroom on the main level. Loft has 2 twin beds and a pull out couch. Lower level has a full bathroom with tiled shower. The cabin is on a Private road at the top of Coon mountain .

A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!
