Our home is less than a mile to UFHealth at Shands and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center. We are a mile to the University of Florida campus. Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

This one-bedroom private room is located in a charming duplex situated in Downtown Gainesville. It does not share any space with the main house. The house is just under 1 mile from UF Campus and 1.5 miles to Shands Hospital and the VA. Within a few blocks and a quick walk are many of Gainesville's best bars, restaurants, coffee shops, museums and nightclubs. Lake View Apartment This apartment is newly remodeled. It features new cabinets, a private porch and lovely furnishings, WI-FI and Cable. Downtown Melrose is within walking distance with three restaurants (one is the famous Blue Water Bay), public library, post office, grocery store and two dollar stores. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby boat ramp. Lake Santa Fe is a recreational lake with clean spring fed water for swimming, fishing, boating and skiing.

This 1940s cottage offers all the modern conveniences of a contemporary home. The bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets, and the beds features plush Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathroom has a deep tub and a double vanity. The living room features a 60-inch 4k television with my Netflix, Max, and YouTube TV accounts logged in and ready for your screening pleasure. The kitchen is totally modernized with a large refrigerator, oven/range, and dishwasher.

Visit this beautiful, tranquil lakeside spot for an amazing getaway. It's a six acre property, an inspiring place to study, write, or get work done with fun things to do while on a break. Swim, kayak, canoe, paddle board or enjoy sitting on the dock. Visit the barn for basketball, ping pong, and corn hole. It's a studio apartment with a private bathroom and beds for four, plus two couches and air beds available. Note: This is an upstairs apartment.

This charmer is located near popular springs for diving as well as hiking and biking trails. Jacksonville and Gainesville are within easy driving distance. Come to “get away from it all” and enjoy the peaceful, quiet atmosphere that helps to unwind and recharge.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.
