This is a complete 2nd floor mother-in-law suite with a private entrance, kitchenette and off street parking for multiple cars with it's own heating and AC. The home was completed in 2015 and features recycled cork floors, a 15x15 master bedroom with a large living space. It is located 1.5 miles from downtown and in a quiet area within walking distance to many parks. There is no additional cleaning fee. Menlo Park House is in a superb location only 3 blocks from downtown. You may walk to over 20 wineries and breweries through Whitman College. We are a 12 minute walk to downtown, and a 5 minute walk to Whitman College. The house is surrounded by 2 parks. Menlo Park is directly behind Menlo Park House. The park features a tennis court, basketball court, large playground, swings, and a large shaded grass field. Green Park is directly across the street in front of the house.
