Enjoy all the action, including Dollywood while resting in the peaceful secluded countryside. Little River Cottage on the Little River In Townsend the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies" This nonsmoking cozy cottage has a large screened porch over looking the Little River and direct river access to our guest. Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

This quiet scenic river retreat is perfectly located for easy access to downtown Knoxville. Our less travelled backroads offer routes to UT (7mi), the Old City (5mi) Downtown (6mi). The cottage with its private driveway boasts over 1,000 square feet. The ground floor features: kitchen, dining, sitting area, deluxe bathroom and full sized washer & dryer. The open concept living/bedroom on the 2nd floor is surrounded by a deck that has gorgeous views of the river and a relaxing place hang out.
