Basement suite is closed off from the rest of the house. Near Highway 1, walking distance to grocery store & shops, close to Fort Langley & Willowbrook. NO KITCHEN OR STOVE! However, suite includes small fridge & freezer, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, dishes & utensils. Tea/Coffee provided. Suite comes with a double-sized pull-out couch, queen bed, and own bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a living room w/ TV, DVD player, fireplace. No laundry, no dining table, no microwave

We are in Fort Langley so if you’re familiar the train runs through the north side of langley. There is a flight of stairs so may not be accommodating if any mobility issues.
