Vermont Lakefront Getaway "The Wild Loon"

This home was built in 2020 with the beautiful lake and mountain views in mind. The Wild Loon is what we decided to name our retreat because we are often visited by wild loons here on the lake. The Wild Loon has an open concept floor plan. Sleeping arrangements are upstairs and downstairs in the basement. The half bath, kitchen, living and dining room are all on the main floor. Parking is directly across the road and can fit 4 vehicles in the summer, spring and fall 3 vehicles during winter

Cozy chalet awaits your stay. This home sits on just under 4 acres. Sit back and enjoy the heated sunroom and stare out at the woods that surround you. You may be lucky enough to spot one of the moose or bear that visit the property. Kitchen remodeled June 2023! Open floor plan w/wood burning fireplace. Main bedroom has Qn bed & twin bunks. Finished basement with new Qn size bed and twin bunk above. Kid friendly home! Mins to Stratton Mtn & Mt Snow for skiing & golf! Free Disc golf on property!

Charming cottage with 3 bedrooms just a small walk to Sunapee lake. You can enjoy swimming off the dock or explore one of the many harbors on the lake. Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

Single family house within walking distance of downtown Rutland. Many restaurants, bars, movies, bowling, farmer's market, etc to do. 15-20 minute drive to Pico and Killington. 30 minutes to Okemo. Mountain bike parks near by- Pine Hill, Killington and Okemo. Adventure park at Killington. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. House sleeps 8+comfortably. Room for more if needed. Keurig coffee maker in kitchen, microwave, toaster, crock pot. Kitchen is fully furnished. AC units on first floor and second.

In the middle of an area with plenty of outdoor activities nearby, we're only 8 miles from Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort and have restaurants within just minutes.
