Bright Midtown Bungalow w/ Patio Lounge & King Bed

Welcome to the Midtown Bungalow in Eugene! Built in 1930 and completely updated in 2018, our home features vintage styling with polished modern conveniences and artsy touches. Just a mile from U of O campus and a few blocks from downtown, our place is perfectly located for families, adventurers, and business travelers alike. Walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping, relax by the gas fire pit on the shaded patio, stream your favorite shows, and sink into the luxury bed for a good night’s sleep.

Bright Charming Studio

Enjoy a stylish, private studio in downtown Springfield located a convenient 5-minute drive from UO and Hayward Field and 10 minutes to downtown Eugene. This studio has a queen bed, fully stocked kitchenette, large refrigerator/freezer, Fire TV, and a quaint private fenced yard with lounge chairs. You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

South Eugene Studio in the Hills

You'll feel like you're in a nest in the trees while staying in this freshly remodeled studio adjoining our personal home in South Eugene. Near town and close to all the necessary amenities, you'll still feel tucked away and in your own little retreat spot. With a full kitchen at your disposal, you'll be able to stop by any of the local farmer's markets and come home to make a beautiful fresh meal. If working from home is your thing, we've got fast wifi and a perfect spot to focus in.

Escape to your romantic cottage where every detail ensures a "cozy and welcoming" stay. Guests rave about the "private hot tub," "peaceful outdoor space," and "spotlessly clean" interiors. Snuggle in to the 1500 count sheets in the loft bedroom, the fireplace completes the mood. Interesting, original and unlike a hotel. Conveniently located neighborhood, with easy drive access to shops and dining. This unit does have noncompliant ADA stairs. Unsuitable for Children. Non Smoking property.

Woodsy and quiet South Eugene Garden Loft

Charming 250 sq. ft. South Eugene bungalow guest loft with private exterior entrance (10 steps up), ideal for 1 guest. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Quaint Studio near Autzen and Bike Path

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Quiet & Clean Cottage with Yard

Bright, private small cottage in quiet nature setting within walking distance of stores, eateries and parks. Located in the Friendly neighborhood, you'll find organic groceries, cafés, brewpub, locally-owned restaurants and a shopping center close by. You can also access nature walks just a few blocks away, as well as find tips for other local hiking. The cottage is a 10-minute drive to downtown, a 15-minute drive to U of O and a 10-20-minute drive to several hiking trails.

Cozy Little Farmhouse Nestled Outside Of Eugene

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac near Eugene. Only a short distance from the mountains, rivers, and just 15 minutes from downtown Eugene. Stores, restaurants, wineries, and local breweries all just minutes away. Come enjoy a Duck game, Track event, a concert, or spend a quiet day BBQing in the backyard. Hike along the river or explore the beauty of our local wine country.

Sunny Studio in the Friendly

Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

Elegant Master Suite with king size bed, its own private entrance, bath and kitchenette. You must be comfortable going up 3 stairs to enter the suit from the patio. This is the only entrance. Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.

Beryl’s Bungalow ‘A Pet Friendly’ Beauty

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
