This little place is old and quirky but the AC is new and the charm & location can't be beat! I travel for work and with notice may be in the guest house which is not rented out to others.

This COZY 3/2 70 yr old cottage has been updated. It is about 250 steps from 2 public beach accesses. Located in the west end of PCB, this family friendly area is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Pier Park, 30A and Camp Helen State Park are all just a short drive away. Play corn hole in the private backyard or relax on the hammock. Beach towels, chairs and cart are provided. It is our hope that you will make great memories here with family. Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
