New 1 BR Secluded Cypress Cabana in Seagrove Beach

Our carriage house is across the street from the beach and on a private dead-end road in Seagrove. Public beach access is a 5-minute walk. We live in the main house and renovated our carriage house for guests to enjoy our secluded yet convenient location. Your balcony enjoys views of the Pt. Washington State Forest. You have a private entrance, full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, modern bathroom, and 2 cruiser bikes. This is the perfect couple's escape with luxurious accommodations.

Located on the Seagrove/Seaside border in a quiet neighborhood, this new carriage house is the perfect oasis for a couple or a small family. (We do not accept reservations for more than 3 adults over the age of 13 for this carriage house.) Just a few minutes to the beach, it is the perfect cozy getaway! Two bikes are here for your use!! Keep them locked as they are your responsibility as well as replacing if lost/stolen! Backpack style beach chairs for your use as well as beach towels!

Great Escape Carriage House

Perfect romantic getaway for a couple. One bedroom carriage house including full kitchen and bath. Park your car when you arrive and never need it again. Faces a boardwalk that takes you directly to the gorgeous gulf--a four minute walk. Everything you would find in a fine hotel room, but with the ability to make your own meals when desired. You will have access to all of the community pools and of course the beautiful beach of Rosemary. You will be two quick blocks from shops and restaurants.

Dune Villa - Santa Rosa Beach /30-A

Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. The perfect vacation rental for quick trips to the beach, business trips, or an extended vacation.

The Pineapple Suite near 30A / Rosemary Beach

The Pineapple Suite is less than a half mile to the closest beach access, a third of a mile to Lake Powell, and is also near 30A/Rosemary Beach (3 miles) Alys Beach (5 Miles). The Pineapple Suite is a cozy Bohemian-Style space that includes all of the necessary essentials to make each guest feel comfortable and at home while away. This quaint space includes a Plush queen bed, cotton linens, mini-fridge, a coffee/tea station, TV, Wifi, all-natural toiletries, and even beach towels & chairs.

The Shangri-La Carriage House in Rosemary has been in our family for over 15 years and is approx. 5 homes off the beach on the south side of 30A (beach side). We completely self-mange the property to assure we provide a personal, elevated experience. Included in your stay we offer 2 bikes, hot tub, pool, outdoor kitchen & tv + driveway easy parking and RB beach access passes. We do not rent the Main House and CH at the same time- meaning these amenities will be completely private to you.

The Lily Pad, a 30A beach getaway

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.

It’s a tranquil setting with beautiful sunsets off private deck. Hear the ocean when you sleep with windows open. It’s perfect for couples, families (with up to TWO small children MAXIUM), solo adventurers and business travelers. No pets.

Two bedroom, one bath, 500sq/ft, secluded garage apartment, 50 feet from the beach. One block walk to a grocery store. Three miles west of Pier Park. Microwave, refrigerator, & sink available (no stove). Parking conveniently located outside behind the apartment. Price per night is for two guests. There is a $40 person a night over two guest. Make sure to put an accurate guest number to see a true price.
