Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

This is a cozy cottage getaway steps away from Vineyard Lake! This clean and quaint cottage has so much character and gives you a fun and peaceful feel. In addition to being able to Look down the street and view the lake, it is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the downtown of Brooklyn which has taverns, creameries, the cutest shops, and restaurants. The country concert Faster Horses and Michigan International Speedway are minutes away as well. Check out the nearby wineries and trails.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place on Wamplers Lake with extensive lakefront property to enjoy the lake. Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

The shared lake area and small beach are approximately 50 yards from the cottage and offer swimming, kayaking, fishing, and boating. Relax in our comfortable cottage while being close to local attractions, wineries, golf courses, and Michigan International Speedway.
